We are pleased to provide a list of hotels located close to the conference venue.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts, no hotels were able to offer dedicated room blocks or special rates for conference participants. Therefore, all attendees are kindly requested to arrange their accommodation independently by contacting the hotels directly.

Please note that most hotels require either a deposit or a credit card guarantee to confirm a reservation. Participants are strongly advised to review each hotel's cancellation policy and payment terms before completing their booking.

Neither the Organizing Committee nor the Organizing Secretariat can be held responsible for hotel availability, reservation issues, payments, cancellations, damages, or any other matters related to accommodation bookings.

As accommodation availability may be limited, we strongly encourage all participants to book their hotel as early as possible.
