Student Travel Grant Application
GENERAL INFORMATION
The SSCS Student Outreach Committee is accepting applications for Student Travel Grants to ESSERC 2026 in Palma De Mallorca
this September 7-10.
Grants are allocated based on selection by the Student Outreach Committee.
Applications for Student Travel Grants must be received by July 17th, 2026.
Eligibility criteria

Students should be an SSCS student member.

Students should be studying electrical or electrical and computer engineering.

Students do not have to be authors of a paper.

Applications require a reference letter from the student’s faculty advisor/professor.

Only one student application per faculty advisor/professor.
Please fill out as much of the form as possible.
Reference letters must be sent from the faculty advisor/professor submitted in the form from their email address directly to d.marinese@ieee.org.
